Flexible learning
The opportunity for learning in a flexible manner rather than the
learning itself. The term flexible delivery can be used instead
it implies choice in the way materials are delivered, in the time
and the place of study in who should be the teacher how and when
the learning can be accessed, in the amount of contact with other
learners and when learning is accessed etc. But this flexibility
can vary a great deal and when looking at this form of learning,
it is important to check on the flexibility offered. Learners can
learn more successfully if they are more independent and more responsible
for their own learning and request for this form of delivery is
growing.
